What data we process

• The data you enter in the quote request and visit booking forms: name and surname, email, phone, town, products of interest and chosen layout, preferred day and time slot, message. Only the fields marked with an asterisk are required.
• Where your visit comes from, if you arrive from an advertising campaign: the campaign parameters (for example utm_source) and the Google or Meta click identifiers.
• Technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, processed by the providers that run the website.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request: to contact you, arrange your showroom visit and prepare your quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot follow up.
• To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the dedicated box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your request.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns with Meta Pixel and Google Ads, only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can change from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page.
• To run the website securely and understand, in aggregate, how it is used, without cookies and without identifying you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who may process the data

The staff of Semeraro Franciacorta S.r.l. in charge of handling requests and the providers that run the website, appointed as data processors:

• Vercel Inc., for website hosting and cookie-free statistics;
• Sanity Inc., for storing requests and website images;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Google Ireland Ltd, only if you accept marketing cookies.

Data is not disclosed to the public. Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is entered into. Data for news and offers is kept until you withdraw your consent. Your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing and withdraw the consents you gave, by writing to the certified email semerarofranciacortasrl@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
